Guarantee group I

1. a)  garage door operators (operators incl. track units; excl. radio products)
2. b)  door operators for collective garages, without accessories
3. c)  accessories for garage door operators, without warning lights, traffic lights, light barriers
4. d)  tubular motors for roller shutters and awnings (10–50 Nm), incl. controls and fittings

SOMMER: 5 years guarantee on parts from date of SOMMER invoice

Guarantee group II

1. a)  swing gate operators with accessories
2. b)  sliding gate operators with accessories
3. c)  industrial door operators with accessories
4. d)  tubular motors for roller doors (60–230 Nm), incl. controls and fittings
5. e)  barriers with accessories
6. f)  parking space protections with accessories

SOMMER: 2 years guarantee on parts from date of SOMMER invoice

Guarantee group III

a) radio systems
b) pulse generators
c) special accessories d) new spare parts

SOMMER: 2 years guarantee on parts from date of SOMMER invoice
Due to environmental, external influences we cannot offer a guarantee for the range of

our radio control system.

Guarantee group IV

a) repaired products
SOMMER: 1 year guarantee on parts from date of SOMMER invoice

No guarantee

1. a)  consumables, such as bulbs, batteries, accumulators and fuses
2. b)  parts subject to wear and tear
